Shipping policy

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to track down your package and resolve the issue. If the carrier confirms that the package is lost, we will offer you the choice of a replacement item or a full refund. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. We recommend selecting a shipping method with tracking and insurance for added security.
